Rank Up memberships are digital services billed monthly. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Monthly fees

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, because your plan and coaching are delivered from the start of each period. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Charges in error

If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, contact us and we will review it and refund any incorrect charge.

Other requests

Requests outside this policy are reviewed case by case.
