Cancellation policy

How billing works

Your membership renews automatically every month on the same date you signed up, at the price of your current level, until you cancel.

Changing level

You can move up or down a level from your account. The new level and price apply from your next billing date.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged again.

Price changes

If the price of your level changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and email you. Coaching features may pause until the payment goes through.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, write to us and we will help you change or cancel your membership.
