1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of this website and your Rank Up membership, offered by SATRUVEN LLC. By signing up you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership levels

We offer membership levels with different features, described on each level's page. Coaching features are delivered by our coaches through email, chat or video calls depending on your level.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Not medical advice

Our programs and nutrition plans are general fitness and wellness guidance. They are not medical, dietetic or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for a doctor or other qualified professional. Consult your doctor before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

5. Assumption of risk

Exercise involves a risk of injury. You choose how and where you train and you are responsible for using proper technique, suitable equipment and a safe environment.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Memberships renew automatically every month until cancelled. See our Subscription Policy for billing, level changes and cancellation.

7. Your account and content

Keep your login details safe. If you send us photos or videos for form reviews, you keep ownership and give us permission to use them only to deliver your coaching.

8. Intellectual property

Programs, videos, recipes and other content are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell or publish them.

9. No guaranteed results

Results depend on many factors, including consistency, sleep, nutrition and individual differences. We do not guarantee any specific result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
